1. Open the RAYVN app on your mobile device and press +Start log
2. Choose whether it is an incident or a drill and type in the Log title and the Description.
3. Press Select teams and confirm that you are about to start an incident
4. Select the teams that you would like to invite and press Notify teams and go to log
