1. Open the RAYVN app on your mobile device and tap +Start log
2. Choose whether it is an incident or a drill , then enter the Log title and the Description.
3. Press Select teams and confirm that you are about to start an incident
4. Select the teams you want to notify, then tap Notify teams and go to log
