Customize your exercise notifications with the "Exercise Prefix"-feature. This improves clarity and control during training scenarios.
When setting up an exercise in RAYVN, you can define a custom "Exercise prefix", a short phrase that will be automatically added to all outgoing messages when creating an exercise. This prefix will appear at the beginning of notifications across SMS, email, and in-app alerts.
How to create an exercise prefix:
- Go to the General settings, and select the "General" section.
- In the section for the Exercise prefix, add your preferred prefix.
- Click "Save" to save your changes.
All participants in your log will be notified with the customized prefix when conducting an exercise log.
