About the SCIM integration

SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) is an integration that allows you to automatically synchronize users and groups between your identity solution, such as Microsoft Entra ID and RAYVN.

Instead of manually creating, updating, or removing users in RAYVN whenever something changes for an employee, SCIM keeps the information automatically synchronized with your organization's directory. Depending on your needs, SCIM can also be used to keep contacts and contact lists up to date.

This is useful for organizations with many users or frequent staff changes. It makes user management easier and reduces the risk of users having incorrect access in RAYVN.

SCIM can also be configured to automatically assign the correct access level in RAYVN based on how the user is set up in your identity provider. This means you do not have to manage user roles separately in RAYVN.

SCIM is part of RAYVN's API module and is available to accounts that have this module activated.
