Archive your logs directly in WebSak using an integration seamless and efficient
An incident shouldn't just be managed , it often needs to be archived as well!
RAYVN offers an integration between RAYVN and the WebSak archiving service, allowing organizations to save their documentation directly into their own archiving solution.
If you are already a WebSak customer and wish to archive logs directly from RAYVN to WebSak, you can use our integration to do so.
Please note that to use this integration, you must:
- Be an existing WebSak customer.
- Purchase the integration from us.
- This integration comes with an annual maintenance fee of 20,000 NOK.
Please note that the integrations page in RAYVN is currently only available in selected regions, but we are working on making it available worldwide. If you cannot find this page, it is currently not possible to set up the integration.
The integration page is located under the "Project Settings" section in RAYVN, and your user account must have "Account Admin" privileges to access it.
How to activate the WebSak integration:
To activate the WebSak integration, go to the General settings in RAYVN.
When you access the General settings, you'll find a section called "Integrations".
Here, you will also find the integration to Websak. To enable the integration, select the "Enable" button, and fill in the form that pops up.
You will need the following information from Websak to fill in the form:
- URL
- API key
- Email (to receive information and feedback)
After the form is filled out, you can run a validation test to ensure everything is set up correctly before clicking "Create".
You will then need to select "Enable" one more time in order to complete the activation of the integration.
When the integration is active, it should appear as follows in the "Integrations" section.
You will also easily be able to disable or edit the integration if necessary from the overview of the integrations.
How to archive a log from RAYVN to WebSak?
There are four ways to document logs from RAYVN to WebSak:

Logs are archived when a log is created

Logs are archived when new log entries are added

Logs are archived when a log is closed
- Logs can be manually archived from the Archive-section in RAYVN. This is only relevant if you need to update specific information and cannot wait until the daily auto-archiving is commenced.
If you need to manually archive a log, you'll need access to the RAYVN Archive. Note that this is only available of you have one of the "admin"-access levels (account admin, or group admin).
