Move users to other groups

To change which group a user belongs to, first go to Account Settings -> Users.

Then click on the user you want to modify and scroll down to the "Group and Availability" section. Click on the group name, and a pop-up will appear.

When this pop-up appears, click on the group you want to change the user to. Only groups beneath the main group will be shown here—click the + button to expand and see more groups. Then, click on the group you would like to migrate the user to and press save.

These same steps can be used for responders, contacts, teams, log templates, and more.
