How to share a log entry

Sharing log entries with stakeholders is an important feature which can be used to keep each other informed on key information during your ongoing event.

In RAYVN, you can easily share log entries with your stakeholders directly from your log.

But first, you need to make sure that you have set up a Collaboration agreement with your stakeholder in the account settings, and that the agreement is accepted by the stakeholder as well.
You can see that the connection is valid if there is a handshake symbol next to the name of the stakeholder.

How to share a log entry

To share a log entry, go to the log feed and select the log entry you want to share.

Then, select the menu button on the right side of the log entry.

Then, select "Share" to open the menu where you can select your recipients.

Click on "Stakeholders". A list of all your stakeholders with valid agreements should appear, and the ones you are currently actively collaborating with will be marked with a green icon.

It's possible to share log entries with both mobilized and non-mobilized stakeholders, and you can select multiple stakeholders at a time.

As soon as you click "Share" again, the log entry will be shared with your stakeholders.

In the case of mobilized stakeholders, the entry will appear in the log they are working in, and in the case of non-mobilized stakeholders, the log entry will be shared under "Notifications" (the bell icon) for the users that are in the responsible team for the stakeholder agreement.

In your own log, the log entry will now be marked with a small icon that says which stakeholder(s) you've shared the entry with.

On the mobilized stakeholders end, the entry will appear with a blue frame around it, which states where the information they received came from.
