Introducing RAYVN Uplift: Enhancing Your Critical Event Management

As an existing RAYVN customer, you're already familiar with our platform's role in helping teams manage critical events effectively.

We're excited to introduce RAYVN Uplift—a phased modernization designed to elevate your experience with greater clarity, confidence, and control.
This update of RAYVN builds on the strong foundation we have already established while addressing the growing complexity of incidents in today's interconnected world.

Below, we'll cover what the update means for you, the key changes, rollout details, and how to stay informed.

What is RAYVN Uplift?

RAYVN Uplift is a series of updates designed to modernize the user interface and core functionality of our critical event management software. It focuses on making it easier for teams to gain rapid situational awareness, stay up to date in real time, and handle multiple incidents simultaneously.

By improving how information is structured, surfaced, and accessed, Uplift empowers you to respond more effectively under pressure—without disrupting your current workflows, emergency plans, account settings, or templates.

Why We're Introducing Uplift

Incidents are becoming more complex, interconnected, and demanding. Whether it's escalating crises or overlapping events, teams need tools that provide quicker orientation and stronger situational awareness.

Uplift addresses this by refining dashboards, navigation, and overviews, helping you maintain focus on key details through smart filters, sharp previews, and flexible views. The result? More confident decision-making and better outcomes during high-stakes situations.

Key Improvements in Incident Management

Uplift delivers practical enhancements to help you:

  • Gain Situational Awareness Faster: Redesigned elements ensure critical information is immediately accessible.
  • Stay Up to Date: Real-time updates and improved overviews keep everyone aligned.
  • Manage Multiple Incidents Confidently: Better navigation and tools support handling concurrent events without losing track.

These changes are built on feedback from users like you, ensuring RAYVN evolves to meet real-world needs.

What's Changing in the First Release?

The initial release of Uplift, set for mid-March 2026, introduces foundational updates to set the stage for a more intuitive experience:

  • Redesigned Dashboard: For faster orientation and real-time situational awareness across your incidents.
  • Improved Left-Hand Navigation: Easier access to critical tools, especially for multi-incident management.
  • Modern UI: A refreshed look and feel that's cleaner and more user-friendly.
  • New Incident Overview: Provides immediate clarity with quick access to essential tools, flexible log views, smart filters, and high-quality image previews.

Future phases will roll out additional components throughout 2026, with each stage thoroughly tested for stability. During the transition, you may notice a mix of classic and updated design elements—this is intentional to maintain seamless operations.

Will Uplift Affect My Active Incidents or Operations?

Absolutely not. Ongoing incidents, exercises, historical records, plans, integrations, APIs, and data exports will continue without interruption. We've designed Uplift to preserve full operational continuity, so you can focus on what matters most.

Rollout Timeline

  • First Release: Mid-March 2026. We'll notify you in advance via email to your Customer Account owners and through the News section in RAYVN.
  • Subsequent Releases: Staged throughout 2026 for predictability and minimal disruption.

All updates are communicated ahead of time, with resources available to guide you through the changes.

Updates to the Mobile App

Uplift includes improvements for both desktop and mobile experiences. However, mobile updates may follow later in the rollout. In the meantime, your current mobile app remains fully supported, with core functionality unchanged. This ensures you can continue using it reliably during the transition.

No Changes to Roles, Permissions, or Integrations

Rest assured, Uplift doesn't alter your existing user roles, permissions, access levels, teams, or groups. All integrations, APIs, and exports will function as they do today—no reconfiguration needed.

No mandatory actions are required on your end. To get a head start, check out our updated guides, e-learning courses, and short videos in the Learning Hub and Support Center. These resources provide quick overviews of the new features and how they fit into your workflows.
